Milk Barn

There are just a few convenience stores here in the village. I frequent two of them, and the third on occasion, but only because it’s a bit more of a grocery and sometimes that’s what a guy needs in a convenience store.

By contrast the Milk Barn is on the edge of town, next to the railroad tracks, and part of the space holds a burger joint called Herfy’s. When it’s called for, I usually just get the fish and chips. The burgers are a bit dry.

More often than not I’m just in for smokes and beer, and when the girls request it, a pack of Hi-Chew.
