The Test Pint

One Imperial Pint of Buckaroo Beer, primed in bottle for 9 days. It had a good head when I realized I should grab a snapshot. That’s not important though; it still has a week or so before it’s technically even minimally ready.

Cracking one or two open is pretty much the only way to make sure bottle priming is going well, and if it’s not sooner is the time to find out.
