Springfield P9C and Bonsai Tools Unrusted

Following up on this post, and this post, here is the P9C and the bonsai tools with the rust removed.

Notice the pitting where the rust used to be.

Properly refinishing any of these means removing the pitting, and that’s a lot of work since most of the existing finish would have to be removed. The owner of the P9C is just happy the rust is gone, and as for the bonsai tools I doubt I will take the time. It’s just not worth it considering using them means the finish will get marred again anyway, and it’s not like they are of the highest quality in the first place.
